Foam Board

What is it: Our most commonly used mounting board. Extruded polystyrene foam board with clay coated liners.

Uses: Indoor Only. P.O.P displays, exhibits kiosks, and signage.

Longevity: Short-term application life.

Availability (colors, sizes): Black or White; 3/16” & 1/2” thick.

Recyclable: No

Gator Board

What is it: Our premium mounting board. Rigid, warp resistant, and flat. Light weight, high load capacity. Extruded polystyrene bonded between two layers of wood-fiber veneer.

Uses: Indoor. Presentation boards, wall hanging, P.O.P Displays, Exhibits, etc.

Longevity: Medium to Long-term application life.

Availability (colors, sizes): Black or White; 3/16”, 1/2”, 1” thick.

Corrugated Plastic (Coroplast)

What is it: This product is weather resistant, UV stabilized and durable. Fluted polypropolene plastic substrate.

Uses: Indoor/Outdoor. Great for outdoor signage, yard signs, can be easily routed or cut.

Longevity: Medium to long-term application life.

Availability (colors, sizes): White; 4mm thick.

PVC Board (Sintra)

What is it: Material is closed-cell, expanded plastic, high-density polyvinylchloride sheet. Lightweight but rigid with a low gloss matte finish.

Uses: Indoor/Outdoor. Acid-free for archival use. Displays, exhibits & signage.

Longevity: Medium to long-term application life.

Availability (colors, sizes): Black or White; 3mm, 6 mm, 12mm thick.

Matboard

What is it: These boards have a fine quality surface paper, the core is made of unprinted, reclaimed wood pulp fibers. Buffered and acid-free. 14 ply.

Uses: Indoor only. Perfect for framing & mounting.

Longevity: Dependent on application.

Availability (colors, sizes): Black or White; 1.3 to 1.5mm thick.

ConVerd Board

What is it: A multi-ply, fiber based, moisture resistant corrugated board. Very rigid.

Uses: Indoor. Signage, exhibits, displays, and can be routed into complex shapes.

Longevity: White; 1.5mm, 3mm, or 6mm thickness.

Availability (colors, sizes): Black or White; 3mm, 6 mm, 12mm thick.

Falcon Board

What is it: Lightweight, high-quality white facing cardboard with Kraft paper core. Made from more than 60% post-consumer waste. Made in USA.

Uses: Indoor. Signage, three-dimensional displays, furniture, exhibits.

Longevity: Short to medium application life.

Availability (colors, sizes): White or kraft. 1/4 – 1/2” thick.

Di-Bond

What is it: A rigid, durable aluminum composite board (ACM) consisting of two thin sheets of aluminum bonded to a polyethylene core.

Uses: Indoor and Outdoor. Signage, P.O.P. displays, great for routing projects.

Availability (colors, sizes): Various colors. From 2mm-6mm thick.

What is it: Transparent acyrlic plastic often used in place of glass.

Uses: Indoor and Outdoor. Lighboxes, P.O.P displays, photo prints, CNC routing.

What is it: Medium density overlay playwood. Smooth, with or w/o painted face.
