PRECISE PORTAL CLIENT APPLICATION

Our Precise Portal, Download it here, is a small desktop application that gives you direct access to our online services. Bypassing our login page, quick job pick-up, and automatic form completion are a few of the benefits of using our Precise Portal. Below is a description of the services we offer through our Precise Portal. See instructions here!

Quick Job Pick Up – Click the mouse twice (on the appropriate icons of course) and we will dispatch a courier to pick up your job at the address we have on file for you. Do not use this option if we need to pick up anywhere else than your default location.

Online Work Order – This option is used in place of writing out a paper work order. You can complete it online, print a copy, and attach it to your job to be picked up.

Send Us Files – Use “Send Us Files” when you want to… send us files electronically. Attach up to 200MB of files. Please include as much information as possible about what you want done with them, e.g., 3 sets full size, 3 sets ½ size, laminate cover only, deliver to ABC Company, etc.

Virtual Plan Center – This takes you to our Virtual Plan Center. Our online Virtual Plan Center provides around the clock access to plan sets, specifications, and addenda. The VPC has powerful features including addenda notification, public and private area access, document viewing and on-line ordering.

Change Email or Password – Pretty much says it all.

Forgot Password – If you forgot your password, change it here. If you forgot your secret answer that is required to change your password, give us a call (503)274-2030.

Email Technical Support – If you are having difficulties with the Precise Portal you can email our technical staff here or give us a call.

Download and Install New Updates – Access to Precise Portal software updates can be found here.
